MultiLoft Encore

Use with MultiLoft Encore Insert sheets to create extra thick business cards, with compliments slips or invites. The pressure sensitive cohesive adheres the sheets and inserts together.  Each finished Double MultiLoft Encore finished piece is approx 634gsm, Triple – which requires 1 insert – is approx 904gsm and Quadruple – which requires 2 inserts – is approx 1174gsm.

MultiLoft Encore takes thickness to the max with colour right through the core.  After printing on a standard digital press, the front and back sheets are assembled back to back. The pressure from the trimming clamp seals the sheets by activating the pressure sensitive cohesive on both sides, together into an impressive card. After assembly, the sheets can also be die-cut into specialty shaped cards.
